The Souvlaki Derby

Just randomly stumbled across this place while down for work. What can I say the food was outstanding, 10/10 Everything was fresh to order and the staff were so friendly. 100 % recommend this place. I got the mixed Gyro box and it was plentiful.

The interior is nice, I ate in. I had the large Souvlaki with a sausage and a chicken skewer. It cost £14.50. There was a good amount of food and it was fresh. The pita bread was noticeably quite good, fresh with a light crisp. The halloumi was tasty too, not hard as you'd typically find it. The meat was fresh and good too and so was the salad. All the food was seasoned well. I also had the Souvlaki sauce which was fine, a mixture of ketchup, mayo and mustard. So overall, good Greek food.

Friendly service and a welcoming vibe make it a spot worth returning to again and again. Bit of rainy day so nice and relaxed inside. Absolutely delicious!

We visited yesterday, friendly staff, great Greek music, modern and clean, very tasty food, will definitely be returning, was just like being in Greece.... but it was raining outside !!

Absolute gem. After returning from Athens 2 weeks ago, I was craving the tastes of Attica once more. Authentic food, and very good value.

Came here with a friend who recommended this chain and gotta say, was not disappointed, and currently craving more! Food was incredible, and the atmosphere and service were just as amazing if not more. Would definitely recommend and come here again

If Mount Olympus had Deliveroo, The Souvlaki would feed the gods. The gyros are so good Zeus would trade his thunderbolt for a skewer. Juicy meat, heavenly tzatziki, and pita softer than Aphrodite’s smile. One bite and I heard angels speaking Greek. The baklava? Pure ambrosia. Golden, sticky and sweeter than Apollo’s playlist. I’d fight a Minotaur for another slice. Five stars. Opa!

The place is great for lunch time. It is a lunch time café rather than an evening dinner place. Food is freshly cooked. I don't normally praise salad but it was so fresh it really matched the meat perfectly. The meat was really authentic and tasted great. The sauces are home made. The tzatziki was delicious and fresh. I think it's good to call in advance or order online in advance as they cook things fresh. It will save some time waiting. But I am 100% coming back for their massive meat box.
